Create a WPF Login screen in Visual Basic 2010 with send email information. It connects to Microsoft access and checks if username and password match if so then it display a blank window else if not show error message. You have to create the database to store username, password, first name, last name, email, in another table have login date time, and another table failed login attempt date time and keep track how many times in a day failed logins. When failed login more than 5 times then you cannot login till next day. On the login screen have a button that says retrieve login information. When clicked it shows a window where you enter your email address and the program emails you the login information. The email server information is stored in another table in the same database which has StpServerName, username, password, and [login to view URL] classes to access the database.
