Convert vb6 source to vb.net

I have the source to a program that I need converted from vb6 to vb.net because the major part I need does not function well on vista or windows 7. I do realize simple source codes can be converted with a conversion tool but this is not a simple program so I assume it will need some manual error correction. Plus I do need a few modifications done as well if possible. So if you know vb6 and vb.net PM me and I can send the source so you can take a look and give me an estimate on time and cost.
