This is a 150 line program written in qbasic that I need converted to VB.Net code so that it can be pasted into a larger project. I would imagine that this would take an experienced programmer a very small amount of time to complete. The project will basically consist of 4 textboxes for entering date, latitude, longitude, and time offset, do a little math and string manipulation, and output the time of moonrise and moonset for that date into 2 more textboxes. I'm not interested in anything beautiful, just a functional conversion.

## Platform
I do not need a working executable... Just the VB.Net code that I can use in a larger project.
