This project is to make a visual basic function to compute a point on an RQT Bezier curve as explained in the attached paper.
I don't need any UI or graphics, just the function.

One time we have worked on RQT Bezier curve in some shape optimization problems.
The Bezier curve theory serves to create variant shapes of curve and is applied to some technical problems.
But I'm not sure what you mean because in the paper there is clear definition of RQT Bezier curve.
Do you want to show variant expression shape of functions according to constraint to control points and other parameters?
