I run a Company called Cybermate. It is a South African (Africa), Johannesburg based company. We are a telecommunication and ISP services provider. The company has an out-sourced contact center division.
The contact center is out sourced to different industries, across different continents. It is a VoIP based contact center, all call are routed via VoIP, it is cheaper and has no geographic constraints. We currently run the same service for two companies, One is Namibia and the other is in Dubai. We take into account the time differences. In this case, your geographic are is 6 hours behind South Africa.
We can achieve this task if the number that will receive the calls is on the VoIP technology. We run a 10meg up & down stream fiber.
OPTION 1:
- You provide us with all the details regarding your telephone line, To set up a soft phone or dedicated phone on our site
- Details for setup of email on Outlook, include your customized email signature
- Details for the Portal for placing and checking orders.
- Dedicated contact for further inquiries that cant be archived online
OPTION 2:
- Provide a dedicated Computer, We will run this remotely, We will need your help installing all the apps we will need to transmit data between that computer and us.
- You will set up the Outlook on the provided computer, together with the ERP or CRM software for the order placing and stock checking (provide log in details)
- Make sure the computer is always on and has internet access
