Change a word doc form to a pdf form with fields that can be filled in

I have 2 word docs, which are forms that people can fill out on their computer. I'd like to turn these Word docs into pdfs that people can use to fill in their information on their computer to then print. So it's not just turning a word doc into a pdf, it's also making sure that people can enter information in the fields of the pdf. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
