Engaging directly with Stelly shoppers, turning every communication into an exciting and positive customer experience
Maintaining a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor throughout every interaction
Assisting in tracking packages and resolving shipping issues with our distribution team
Providing information to customers relating to fit, colour, material, and size
Developing a deep awareness of our products and brands to provide educated product recommendations and styling suggestions
You
Possess 2+ years of customer service experienceAre a talented communicator, with a mastery of spelling, grammar, verbal and written language
Are detail oriented and well-organised
Possess excellent conflict resolution skills
Have a general interest in Customer Care and Customer Satisfaction
Have an interest in continued learning, and know when to ask for help
