Directions, milestones added to a short video

I have a short video that was recorded from a remote controlled aerial vehicle.
It shows the route to our offices from a main road.

What we need:
We need a few nearby buildings identified in the video as you can see from the rough mockup.
We also need the directions along the road displayed clearly but much more stylish than in the sample video.
You can achieve this however you like.
The finished video should be suitable for uploading to YouTube.
Fluent english speakers only.
Grammatical or spelling errors = nope.

This will take a person who is of medium skill level at video editing a very short time to achieve. It's a small project.
