Design new adaptation algorithm for HTTP adaptive bitrate streaming.

a lot of researches have been done by researcher in academic field in adaptive video streaming in Internet. in this research we focus on survey of optimal adaptive algorithm currently used by researchers to streaming video content in Internet. adaptive algorithm one of the dominant algorithm of http adaptive video streaming that flexible with network conditions. in traditional video streaming we had only one represenation end users had suffered on watching videos. adaptive streaming contrast traditional, in this scheme the video encoded into multiple representaions. the advantage of the adaptive algorithm is provider better quality to end user. sometimes this algorithm has been designed not well. here we want to show effect previous algorithms used in this term and what is next future algorithm.
