Create a small 1-2min video production of self story

Pay based on experience. hello we are looking for a local vancouver movie maker who has big ideas, creativity and character who can make a short 1-2min clip of my wife and I talking about ourselves in a comical yet interesting way. The video will be used for entry into a competition and we are serious contenders. Person should have own basic video equipment and editing software and be able to help us work through the design of the clip using our video layout. This will be a fun and interesting project. We would own full rights to the video and would like to see examples of your most creative work using real ppl videography mixed with some creative elements and ever incorporating comical images, videos or cartoon inserts.
