Create a Video

We are gathering research on a particular topic and would like the information to be turned into a video. The topic of the video is an individual who would need to be animated in a comical manner. We can explain how the video should run from start to finish but do not posses the skills to do it ourselves. Currently looking for reasonable bids for this type of work. We are unsure of when we will be commissioning the work.
