About our business:
We are dedicated to customer loyalty, but as support for sellers, not companies.
Formerly sellers in my country, received 100% of their bonus for making sales every month, today this has changed, the bonus is divided into a part for sales and partly by maintaining customers.
The maintenance should usually take 10, 12 or 15 months and if the client somehow go before the seller is penalized, either by subtracting or raising the target bonus monthly.
The problem: A novice seller has few customers to maintain, so it mostly sells, but with 5 to 10 months, has on average 50 to 100 customers who maintain, making a long task.
It is important to note that the sale of new customers is really an important part of the bonus month (70% - 30%), but the penalties for not keeping INCREASED GOALS AWARDS, so if I sell a lot, but not perform MAINTENANCE, SELLER iS STRONGLY wITH AWARDS PENALIZED, but if not sold and is dedicated only to maintain, not accomplish what needed to receive awards.
We offer the end customer of our client, a loyalty program by:
- We have a specialized area with journalists, creating specialized NEWS LETTER on our client area, DELIVERING INFORMATION RELEVANT TO ITS CUSTOMERS.
- Email's for important dates: their birthday, father, mother, christmas and other important dates, always indicating the details of your ADVISER (better term to seller).
- We also do phone calls to customers, as an ASSOCIATE COUNSEL, to know if you have any questions, if everything turned out well or if a new product requires a kind of small CALL CENTER.

This opportunity is of great interest to me. I've had experience filming and editing work, which has led up to me having good filming techniques, editing skills and an eye for detail. These Skills have enabled me to boost up in creativity, allowing me to add more features and techniques to enhance the final footage.
Other than making videos, I also have experience in design. I've created many works such as logos, flyers, motion graphics and more. Having this experience allows me to understand my clients needs when a project is given to me.
