Create Looping Background Videos

I am wanting to grow my current stock video collection by sourcing a motion graphics artist(s) to help me build the volume of my online HD Royalty Free video collection. I am looking for artists to create NEW ORIGINAL content where I would purchase the video from them and then have the full rights to re-sell as Royalty Free Videos in my own personal collection. The process would be as follows: - Artist designs / creates HD video samples (see file requirements below) using After Effect or Cinema 4D. * - They would upload a smaller / watermarked samples to youtube or Vimeo for me to preview. - I would preview the videos choosing ones I like. - Once given all clear, the artist would upload the final chosen videos to either google drive or drop box for me to access / download. - They would also be required to sign a digital document stating they give full rights/use of the video for me to use and re-sell however I like. * Re-using previously made templates is possibly ok to save time...however the video content would need to be obviously unique and not used anywhere else. Video file requirements: - Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution @ 30fps. - Length: Minimum of 15sec but no longer than 30sec. - Quicktime .mov file with a 75% compression. I am willing to pay up to $10AU per video for initial samples...with the potential to negotiate price change or an hourly rate after that. Quality will determine the negotiated price point. Providing a show reel or online video portfolio will be very helpful in me deciding on who to award this contest to.
