Blur some Items in a video - 15-20 secs video lenght - 10$

This effect is really easy to do, but most people don't put enough effort into it, so the finished project looks amateur. I would do 100% on any project because it's important to me that my work is more than "good enough" to my employer.

I always do this in my YouTube video's its quite easy. I just need to know if its the whole thing you want blurred. Thanks!
