Add music, add subtitle, convert video - MUST BE VERY FAST

Need to add music to 3 videos, add a watermark, and convert to FLV. The files are all uploaded onto rapidshare already. To do this project you MUST have a very fast connection, because we want them all back, tonight. If you are on a fast connection and know what you are doing, this should be a very simple project taking no longer than 1 - 1.5 hours, total. Anyone out there with a fast connection ready to do it?
