Create Explainer Videos for Employee Training

We are looking for a whiteboard-style video that has voice over reading the script while key words and images appear on the whiteboard. The voice over needs to sound professional, with an American accent. These videos are pretty simple since the main objective is to present the employee with information in a more engaging way than if they were to simply read through a document. We don't need complicated or detailed animation. Simple is good, but we still want it to be professional and effective.
We need 3 - 4 videos. I say 3 - 4 videos because two of the videos are identical, except for about 30 words in the whole video.
We provide the script. I am attaching the script for one of the videos to give you an idea of what we are looking for.
