Hello, We've built a new marketplace site aimed at recruiting travellers and vehicles owners, to match their needs. We have a basic site however recognize need to: - Improve login, registration and overall 'look and feel' experience - Site flow, user experience related items - Overall sense of 'ease of use' Output requirements: - Mandatory: Actionable tangible steps or list of items that will improve above - Optional: Suggestions or other ideas to improve site / customer experience.
