This project is to create HTML/images from the attached rough layout, so that I have a completed website. I only did a rough layout, if you could make it a more aesthetic that would be nice, let me know. I need your work done with extremely high quality. I need this project done as fast as possible, you must tell me the number of days this project will take. I need that you can give me a phone number, and physically be in North America, Central America, or South America. At the end when its time for any corrections, I want to be able to call you and explain what I see, I do not want to have to use just email at that point since that takes too long. Use only tableless CSS, so loads very quickly and can have all colours/fonts etc adjusted throughout the site by changing only one file. As low kb as possible, so that the pages load fast. Make the site using standalone files for the header, footer, navigation, and page right column areas. If we need to change link addreses, copyright text or header images etc, we need only alter in one place and the changes will cascade throughout the site. All text fonts are to be done the same as [[login to view URL]][1], this is for SEO reasons. Especially the large text inside of the H1 tags. All text size, and all text color, are to be the same as [[login to view URL]][2] The image of the man was copied, so you choose a new one, I can pay for that. Select a male about 40-50 who looks like a business owner. All the blue stripes were copied, so they need to be redone. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All 6.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and 2.0+ versions of Firefox.
