Few months ago I’ve posted similar project, but due to fact there's huge delay in launch, most of the bidders don't reply anymore to my messages and I was forced to create it once again.
I was hired by international company, which is going to launch huge website with tutorials and different materials from all over the world, to find native speakers for various tasks. On this website users will find articles, videos, tutorials, “life hacks” and much more content related to different aspects of our life. We’ll need cost effective translators for translating articles and subtitles for videos, transcribers for preparing subtitles and voice over specialists for creating videos.
For this project I’m looking for Slovenian native speakers, preferably from Slovenia, but we're opened to freelancers from other countries as well. We’re interested in translators, transcribers and voice talents. Please start your bid with information of your native language, nationality and country of residence, and then list services you can provide according to the scheme below:
TRANSLATION: all your language pairs that you can translate, how many words per hour and per day can You translate, rate per word.
TRANSCRIPTION: how much time do you need to transcribe an hour of a video, how many hours per day can You transcribe, rate per 1 hour recording.
VOICE OVER: how much time do you need to record an hour of an audio recording, how many hours per day can record and rate per 1 hour recording.
We’re looking for mix of lowest prices and good quality, so we’re open to new freelancers, even those without reviews. But please remember to bid accordingly to your experience. I’ve received many expensive offers from absolute beginners. Another thing is that if I’ll receive proposals from translators with similar skills for particular language, I’ll obviously choose the one with lowest rates per word.

I am Anja, Slovenian native speaker, Slovenian and from Slovenia.
Slovenian is my mother tongue and I got 7.5 band score in IELTS test for English language (C1).
Translation: Slovenian-English, English-Slovenian
I also know Russian but it is not my mother tongue
I never actually counted how may words per hour I translate because that depends if there are just words or text and the difficulty of text. But I was paid from 7$/hour or 0,07/word.
Transcription: well... it is hard to say but the fastest I did was 4 hours and the slowest 10. So I would say from 4-10. It is really hard to say because I don't know what topic the videos are, how many speakers, quality ... etc. I can transcribe for at least of 2H/day.
I would charge depending on ALL the time I would need for transcription. saying 7$/hour.
I never did Voice over before.

My name is Barbara. I am Slovenian and I live in Ljubljana.
I think your project sounds pretty amazing and I hope I'm not too late applying for it.
I would very much like to translate into Slovenian for you. I would say my English is pretty good and my Slovenian is much more than that. I read so many books and I can be a little bit obsessed with things being perfect.
To be honest I have never translated anything for money before so I would have to guess the rate and the speed based on info I found online. Seems like the normal minimal rate per word is 0,08$ (please correct me if I'm wrong - I'm willing to accept the normal minimal wage for this kind of a work).
I could translate about 1000 words in a day, that means about 4 hours, 250 words per hour. This is just mostly guessing though. I would have to measure my speed once :)
But as long as we agree that I'm paid for efficiency, I will just spend more hours on it if need be.
I actually even have a wish to try myself at transcribing, but I've never done it so I don't really want to make any promises.
