Create UK criminal and family law database

I would like a list of all solicitors in the following cities/ areas who are involved in Family Law. I would like specific names of individuals at the firms and a full set of details available on a **database** where I can search by named individuals, company name or area/ city. I would also like a similar set of information for solicitors involved in Criminal Law. On the attached you'll see further details and the required output format.
