I have also passed all the exams to be certified by JTA recently. My previous translations include academic papers, books, policy documents, business documents, websites, games, iOS/Android apps, news articles etc. * JTF = Japan Translation Federation * JTA = Japan Translation Association This project looks really interesting. As a naval historian/researcher, I have been following the whaling-related news and the actions between the Sea Shepherd and the Institute of Cetacean Research for years. I have translated documents for environmental groups on dolphin related issues, too. I’ve seen the English version film once, and it would be really great to have a chance to translate the script for Japanese audience. To translate the script well, I would think that it is important to have a good degree of understanding of the Sea Shepherd and Paul Watson. Also knowledge about maritime terminology and ship navigation would be a plus. I have them all, so I can provide a high-quality translation.
