Brazilian Marketing who can sell my page Ad spaces

I am looking for a Brazilian or Portuguese person who can sell the ads in my Webpage. The site receives about 600-800 unique visits per day (90% Br), I think it is not complicated. You can visit the site here > [login to view URL] I am planing to have 7 ads in the home page > (6 160x80 and the Top Banner). In the inner pages I will have the same 7 but instead of 6 rectangles I will have 6 squares. I have not decided the price yet. I was thinking in $4 US/mo for the small ones and $9 US/mo for the banner. I will be happy to share the 50% or maybe 60% of the income in ad sales. I can provide traffic stats and if it needed I can install a tracking system for the ad impressions and clicks. Regards.
