Billing and Claim Submission

I would like someone who is experienced in developing medical billing software to provide me the following information: 1. How can I verify Eligilibility? 2. Verify Claim Status. 3. Submit Claims. For each of the above, I am looking to have as much as possible of information regarding how can I integrate such functionality into a software application that is being developed in VB .Net. That is information and places or URLS where I can get SOURCE CODE (if available) for such functionality. Prefer people who have integrated this functionality into real software applications so that we get it right from the beginning.
