aspx nollywood site

I have a functioning website called nollymeida.com. I am about to change the layout of the site and I need a asp.net coder to help me. I also want to add some new functions in the backend and would need the coder to do this. The design of the layout would come from myself, but I need the coder to extract codes from the old website and place on new pages without an errors and functionality works. Site would look and work similar to [login to view URL] Our site works ok, but some of the options I dont want anymore. so need them taken out and some new options put in. Coding is provided already, but coder may have to make some new code to fit. Sample code below attached file
