Audit Compliance Testing for Standards

This project relates to my other open bid request "Compliance Testing for Standards." It is an audit of for quality assurance. You will test 20% of the 500 companies begin tested in the other project.
Therefore, this project involves performing audit testing on 100 companies (via phone) and evaluating their automated phone systems against 10 standards. Testing Specifications, which list the standards, are attached.
Standards 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, and 10 can be tested during a single call. Stnadards 1, 7, and 8 may require separate calls.
Also, each company must be tested twice in the process at 12 hour intervals (for example, at 8AM and 8PM).
Therefore, each company will need to be called approximately 8 times. (100 companies X 8 calls each = 800 phone calls).
You will use the attached spreadsheet to document results.
You should use a process that allows you to make free calls to the US. In the past, our testers have used Skype with very good results at not cost.

## Deliverables
1) Completed documentation of testing results (use spreadsheet attached.)
2) BRIEF daily progress report (1 or 2 paragraphs indicating progress made that day and any issues needing clarification or resolution). **Progress report should include the number of companies completed to date.**
