I need a list of high schools in the USA called to (1) confirm our data (names of boys and girls basketball coaches), (2) collect prep times (the time they have a break during the day), and (3) phone extensions. The information you will be gathering needs to be compiled daily and submitted to me in excel format via email. I will provide excel doc. I expect a minimum of 3000 prep times to be collected from our list of 19000 schools and not to take longer than a week. There are two coaches per school. So that you you have some idea of how much time it will take you (and bid), here is how it normally goes when we collect prep times ourselves: 1) Call high school....secretary or student answer and ask how to help Ask for info: “ hello, are the boys and girls basketball coaches still Coach _____ and Coach ______? ... Great, can I get each of their prep times and phone extentions please. ... Thanks, take care.” As long as you call during school hours (8 am - 3 pm), you will get someone on the phone. The call last an average of 5 minutes and you can usually get about 15-20 prep times in an hour if you are very direct and don’t get into telling about who you are, etc. Who you are: “This is Tony.” Why do you need to speak to Coach Wagner: “I want to talk to him about the basketball team.” And so on... Payment terms: 30% - down payment to start project 70% - escrow payments (35% each) We will take a random sampling of 30 schools and call to check for accuracy of coach’s name, prep time, and extension. If more than 10% of data is incorrect, one of the escrows will be retained as poor quality penalty. If more than 30% is incorrect, both will be retained. If requested, we will allow for a 3rd party to perform the same sampling to assure accuracy. The cost of the sampling will be paid by the losing party (e.g., If we find that 20% of data is incorrect and we withhold if the 3rd party finds that less than 10% is incorrect, we will pay for the sampling and release the last escrow.)
