I have more than 20 years experience working for different position as a, Secretary, Administrative officer, Personal Assistant, Receptionist with Spanish-English, Tour operator and Telemarketing working for Spanish, British and American companies.
Along the years I have developed good skills as Telephone Assistant ( inbound and outbound calls ), Customer Services for different departments, Sales, Online Shops, RRHH, Insurance, Telemarketing, Translation, Private Health company, and personal attention with the public, mostly with foreign people after several years working in London.
