We are looking for a person from Spain, based in Spain for Customer Support. To be able to communicate with our logistics department and give feedback when needed, to call customers for order and address confirmation, to be honest and to be communicative and result-orientated. To have experience in dealing with customer service, telemarketing or other similar job in the field of sales and marketing. Time/ duration: Daily/ from Monday to Friday/ in the morning (to be agreed with the logistics manager)/ 3-4 hours, second and third calls if needed. Instructions for the job position are attached.
