I have over 4 years experience in customer service working in different BPO's here in the Philippines. I have several work experiences such as processing orders, assisting customer requests, providing technical and billing support or issues. And my strongest skills are in communication and in sales. Handled several account like travel reservation, VOIP, financial, credit card collections and as a virtual customer service.
The different U.S. based accounts that I've handled are Direct response which is like a home TV shopping account where we process orders for customers. Expedia which is a travel account where we help our customers with their hotel and flight reservation. Vonage which is a VOIP or a voice over the internet protocol service provider where I was assigned in the sales department processing orders and do some upsell and a bit of technical support at the same time. Also been in the customer service team for L.A times newspaper, CreditOne collections team, and JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley financial account.
Currently, I dont have any contract with any clients as I am starting as a freelancer so I wont have any issues regarding work hours.
