I have a list of approximately 1000 companies in Ontario, Canada with addresses and phone numbers provided.
I need a person with a perfect, and ideally, native English to call these companies and ask the person at the other end of the line to provide their FAX NUMBER OR/AND E-MAIL.
The reason for that could be "to send an invoice for recently done work", or "to send information your manager requested", or "to send an estimate your manager requested", "or (for example) I was given by my boss your fax # 416-123-4567 to send you an estimate and can't get through, is it the right number, and if not, what is the right number?", or you may give your own reason, it does not matter.
In some cases, especially if calls are not made during office hours, answering machine would have a message with fax number / e-mail address, but in most cases, however, a direct conversation would be required to get fax and /or e-mail.
If after 3 attempts made at different times you still can't get through, a message with a request to call the number in Canada to provide the fax number should be left.
The list of companies and phone numbers will be provided in excel format, the results will have to be returnde in the same file, with three columns "FAX", "E-MAIL", "COMMENT" (i.e. "message left", "wrong number", etc.) to be filled with as much information collected as possible.
Check numbers to ensure that the whole list is covered, will be in the list.
