B2B Appointment Setter - No Selling

No selling. We are looking for an experienced B2B appointment setter to provide pre-set daytime appointments for employee benefits. This is a test pilot for the creation of a separate unit within the company. To start, we are looking to supply one agent with 4 day-time appointments per week for 5 weeks for a total of 20 seen appointments. Thereafter we look to add 2 more agents for a total of 3 receiving 12 appointments a week. Two months after that, we will add 2 more to top out at 5 agents receiving 20 appointments a week. For the initial pilot program, we are willing to pay 5 dollars per seen appointment and a bonus of $50 dollars when an appointment results in a sale. You will get the bonus after we receive compensation for the sale. In our experience, 1.5 appointments can be set in 1 hour. Thus, it will take 2.7 hours per week to generate 4 appoints and 13.4 hours to generate the 20 appointments. Our closing ratio is 50%, which will allow us to close 10 out of the 20 set appointments. As a result, you will get $100 for the 20 appointments plus another $500 bonus to total $600 for a total of 13.4 hours of work, or $44.77 per hour. There will be additional bonuses based on the quality of the appointments. If we are happy with your service, we will increase the per appointment rate should we go beyond the initial 5 weeks. We want quality appointments and are willing to pay for results. We need real appointments with business-owners that are interested in seeing us. What we don’t want are pushy telemarketers that push appointments on non-interested parties that end up wasting everyone’s time. We will provide the list for calling and scripts for the call and to handle objections. You will provide your own phone and phone service, experience, professionalism and dedication to work.
