Dedicated Server Optimization / Management

I am looking for a professional who knows PHP, MySql, Linux, Apache and optimization techniques. My site is growing way too fast (that is good and bad). I am seeing 250,000+ hits a day. I am looking for someone to optimize my server for best performance and then provide ongoing management. Management: I need someone to setup monitoring of server so if PHP crashes or the server becomes unavailable, the professional can restart it. I also need the professional to be available for unexpected PHP, Mysql, Apache or server errors. I don't see this being more than a few hours a month. Server Details: Intel Pentium 4 3.0 with 2GB of memory. I have root access and the site is hosted with Server Powered hosting. Optimization/Setup: Setup Mysql variables, httpd confiuration, etc to optimize performance for my specific type of site. it would be good to see a fee for the upfront optimization/setup and consulting, and then an monthly fee for management.
