I get cpanel email alerts every now and then that httpd has failed and attempts were made to restart automagically, but doesn't work. When I SSH and try to manually restart apache, I notice the following errors:

Furthermore at precisely 12:00 AM midnight, eastern time, apache will screw up and the site will be unable to connect to the database. It seems to fix itself ater 5 to 15 minutes.
I need to have these sudden apache crashes stop -- please fix.
The site is a wordpress site running on a CentOS server with PHP and Apache.
