Debian Linux + KVM installation instructions

I have a dedicated server ([login to view URL]) with the minimal installation of Debian Squeeze. Also I have 2 global IP adresses and 2 MAC addresses for both of IPs. I need a brief instruction, that allows to install and setup KVM on this machine with Windows virtual machine as a sample. The host machine should reponds on the one IP and the Windows VM - on the second one, so I can access Windows VM using this IP via remote desktop connection, for example. This instruction also should explain, how can I add new VM machines (with separate IP) and hoiw to organize all VMs in a local network inside the host machine. There is no need in a detailed instructions. It may be the minimum enough to reproduce this on server.
