Data Center Specialist Urgently Needed!

I am looking for a specialist whom I can consult and accompany me in this project. This person must find me a reliable data center in one of the following countries: Luxembourg or Slovakia or Turkey or Indonesia or Malaysia or Bulgaria or Iceland or Romania or Slovenia or Latvia or Cyprus or Lithuania or Malta or Chile or Uruguay or Estonia This person will need to check my entire hosting requirement and understand my project with best price and the best data center. The data center should be reliable and not from a small company. The bidders who are interested in this project must meet the following requirements: a. Need to have a dedicated Virtual PC or Virtual or cloud pc b. I need it to be installed in Windows XP 64bit c. I need to have at least 8Mb RAM d. At least 1 terabyte hard drive e. I need it two have two network route e.1 connect the PC to the internet so I can control the PC remotely e.2 another one is that it will be connected to a DSL line which will be provided by the data center and will have an internet account with dynamic IP Also, if you can do it in one country only then just focus on that country. I mean if you can only do Romania then just work on Romania only. I want to get bids from people who understand what I need and those already have a solution. I’ll expect this person to accompany me in this project from the beginning until the end.
