Hey, Here is what you need to do. Create an EFS file system. Assuming your two EC2 instances are across two availability zones, create a mount point in each AZ. Take a backup of your existing content of /var/www/html Now mount the the EFS filesystem at /var/www/html in both server. Thats it. What we are effectively doing here is, we are not doing any sync, rather we are using same storage across the servers. I recommend you take periodic backup of your content to S3 bucket (Optional). Give it a try yourself. Let me know if you face any challenge.
