virtual reality, augmented reality, video game mixed with real ecommerce

Instead of just cars I want to offer many different products for sale. products will be sold no haggle as well as using real time Avatar based Simulcast auctions. Software will use voice recognition, proxy bidding and current video game like amazing animation in creation of auctioneers and bidders, as ell as background integrated with real video and pictures of products being sold, looking to create a totally new, unique way to sell products. We will also be offering buyers and sellers things in return for using the site ex: money, products, etc. All technology will be able to be used via any type of smartphone. Unique style smartphone and all other technology will give bidders a huge leg up on other developer bidders for this job. Showing us beginning examples of technology to be created is a very big plus, we need evidence that you fully understand and have the skills to professionally develop what we are looking for. When asked to place an hourly rate I put minimum $10 and maximum $10. Reason being is that I want to make sure bidders to prove they understand 100% of what Im looking for an put in hourly rate information as well as total maximum price it will cost me to have all the software developed with very high quality.
