C++ expert: to evaluate progress of incomplete project

An earlier Freelancer.com project resulted in incomplete deliverables. Briefly, the work consisted in developing a new, specialized, Windows-only version of the wxWidgets' wxRichTextCtrl control and porting it to wxPython. We require a c++ expert to report on the degree of completion of the project, by: - making an exhaustive list of what needed to be done, in order to deliver on the project completely - review the deliverable against this list, and evaluate completion of each item ("completion" is defined as a fully functional item) - produce a report that provides the information listed above, and also includes any other issues observed and recommendations for completion of the project. We will provide the final deliverables from the incomplete project.
