delphi app consume web service

I am using delphi 6.0 I need a simple application with a dropdown list box. The application would populate the listbox with several different object types from this wsdl: [login to view URL] The list box would be populated with the following: attachDocumentToVendor attachDocumentToWorkOrder attachDocumentToProspect attachDocumentToContact attachDocumentToUnit attachDocumentToPortfolio attachDocumentToLease Your goal is to add a button to select a pdf file from the dialog. Then add a submit button and submit the file to the specific method above based on the required parameters, for instance, if it is a lease, you would enter a lease number.
