ad blasterA -This is still under planning project more like an idea/service so any ideas by developer is appreciated., i need to build a software/service ( i prefer a subscription based website with paypal) that has the ability to send ads text,links,images to many chat messengers/clients (whatsapp/facebook messenger/snapchat/icq/skype etc ) to a specific laser targeted country/city or multiple country/city to one or more messengers , super fast,can work 24/7 ,task can be scheduled , all on autopilot,set it and forget about it .The messengers targeted will be named/listed by developer because each developer have a different skill,different everything ,some developers can support 2 chat messengers some can support 10 , the more the better however we need to access top 5 at leastB - Website designed specifically for this software/service (4 to 6 pages)integrated 100% to Paypal ([login to view URL]) and affiliated with [login to view URL] ( i want an automated set it and forget about it website,responsive on all devices , i only supply domain and hosting And a ready made website wordpress template,site must be super easy to edit,wordpress for example or easier,i already started building [login to view URL],those messengers keep on changing their settings/API's so a monthly update and maintenance from developer is a must ) .

Dear there Thank you for posting this project. For a quick look, I think A and B both possible. For run 24/7, we need modular development of some cron job, it will do the work. But I don't clear much about developer - messenger target. I think I could support 5-6 concurrent thread to do sending data, but I will need the list from you. Please note that since you want to support lots of chat app target, we need to defind if these app having open API to do that...
