It must follow exactly what my document lays out as a guideline. the last page or so of the design document is not complete but you should know how it should be if you read up to that point

As you guessed by the bids - other freelancers don't waste time reading descriptions :) Your project is an end-to-end system that involves both front-end and back-end, user access rights as well as management and administration tools. Since you mentioned JavaScript, I assume that you want the backend also implemented with Node.js (is it right assumption)?
