C++ Screen Analyzing Software (In General)

Since specific information of this project should remain secret I will only explain the most important here. I need a C++ software (supported OS: Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1, 10) which is able to capture screenshots of a specific game (windowed borderless mode) and analyze them. For example detecting the HUD by comparing different frames and reading it. If one pattern is detected the software should do something. This should happen while gaming. At the end I want to sell the software. So I need a good looking GUI (I will provide mockups) including a licensing system. In addition I would like to have software tracking integrated for more information about my clients behaviour. This would lead to a longterm business relationship since this principle is easily adaptable and has to be updated from time to time. We will discuss everything after you have signed a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) I give you. This is required because I already had bad experiences with freelancers "stealing" my idea. This NDA will prohibit you to sell or share software which works the same and grants me the intellectual property of the written code. If you don't agree with this then please ignore this project.
