Basically, this application has to show some data collected by a weather monitoring station.\r\nIt has to be written in C++ using Qt.\r\nThe software is for my personal usage so Qt opensource should be fine.\r\nSee attached documents for all the details.

Please note that C++/Qt/Windows requirements are mandatory.
Also, my budget is around 300€ because most of the libraries needed for this software are online (I also provided some example in document).
