i would like to Develop online data entry form for customers in asp.net / vb.net using visual studio 2013. customers will use my iPad to add all their details into my system. Do not bid if you do not have VS 2013 and Dropbox. this is an easy task but if the winning bidder does a good job there will be plenty more work for them. there are approximately 20 fields (like name, phone, address) etc and all I need is the user interface (no coding required as I will write the insert script to my database myself). so to summarize all I need is: 1) blank page with logo at the top 2) create all customer data entry fields 3) add validation to some of the fields (like name cannot be blank etc) 4) make the UI look modern and easy to enter data. 5) a nice submit button at the bottom if you can show me some data entry forms you have done in asp.net before that would be very advantageous.

We can use bootstrap modern UI by which we can do response and also we can do validation if it will be mandatory.
