Develop Windows Installer using Caphyon Advanced Installer

We need a windows installer created for our windows application using Caphyon Advanced Installer. Our application has one exe and multiple dll files. The application can read and write to a local or remote MS SQL server. If an instance of MS SQL server is not available, then the installer will download MS SQL Server 2014 express and run a scripted install with usernames and passwords. Plus, the installer will restore or attach our application’s database to the MS SQL server instance. QoS Networking will provide a simple windows application and database for this project. These are the requirements for the installer: 1) pre-requisite checks and installations a. .Net 4.5 b. SQL Server (Express 2014 preferred) 2) if a SQL server instance is not available then the installer will install a local copy of SQL server express 2014 using a scripted install 3) database install a. MS SQL Server 2014 – add and/or restore the database to the SQL server instance b. MS SQL Server 2008 to 2012 – run a script to create the database and tables in SQL server 4) option to use a MS SQL username of SA or use windows authentication to add our database to the SQL instance 5) add a new user ID to SQL for our application 6) the user ID must work from our application to the SQL DB 7) create an installation directory on user’s computer and copy over exe and dlls and database 8) installer should work on 32 bit and 64 bit systems Tasks 1) Provide input on best practices for Advanced Installer 2) Create the installer 3) Test the installer 4) Confirm that pre-requisites are installed and configured 5) Confirm our application’s DB is added and configured in SQL with a username and password 6) test our application to confirm it can read and write data to/from the database 7) send the Advanced Installer project file (.aip) to QoS Networking Previous Windows installer experience required. Caphyon Advanced Installer experience preferred. Please include a sample or test installer with your proposal. Please answer these two questions: 1) Do you have Caphyon Advanced Installer experience? 2) Have you created windows installers? IMPORTANT: We will only look at proposals that 1) include the sample or test installer, 2) include a proposal amount, 3) include a strategy to complete the project, 4) and have answered the two questions.
