Desktop Application

I am looking for someone to start developing a Windows Desktop Application to keep track of my animals (Canines / Dogs). There is one out there named Ranch Manager that has some of the feature but it was built for cattle not dogs. It is also very old and clunky, not user friendly at all. For now it is for my personal use but could market it for resell at a later date. For now I would like to get the foundation of the software down with the ability to add modules later on. What I need is to keep track of the personal Info of each dog based on location then sex. Ability to track where each dog bought and sold with new owners information Location / Events the dog might attend with results Pedigree Offspring sorted by date of litter Breeding history Vet visits Income / Expenses (add-on Module) Ability to track the income / Expenses of each dog including Puppy Sales Stud Fee Vet Bills Food Dry Goods (leash, collars, etc.) Expenses should have the ability to spend the cost evenly over all dogs (use of a check box?) Subscription / Licensing (at a future date) Work with a web based licensing server of our choice so users can purchase the software and be issued a Product Activation ID. We already have a software for this we just need to make sure the software will talk to the licensing server Requirements: Must work as a desktop Application with Windows 7, 8 and 10 Must be user friendly Must have good workflow pattern Must have GUI with clear labels of the functions Must have Help Section and clearly documented (I should be able to help with this) Must be 100% original code and re-distributable as we see fit including possible public release. Will discuss the feature of each item with the right person / company After this is finished and IF we release to general public we would be looking at a Web-based and Mobile Application expansions. We retain any and all rights to any and all of this software produced by you, your company, and or your employees to include contract workers Budget: I am currently one person that is funding this project. I am not rich but this is a tool I personally need. If I should release to the public a share in profits to help compensate the currently average budget.
