Hi, $15 is not an acceptable rate. These things take a few hours if not more. Setting up the environment, internet costs, machine hardware costs, then you have the time factor that we spend doing this hard highly skilled work. It really is not worth to spend time to do something for so less. It takes time, energy and skill. Computer hardware costs money, internet costs money, electricity costs money. Then there is the stress of having to deliver in 'a few hours' . Cannot expect to do it for that rate. If you want a good job (Delphi / database apps / Windows apps) and want it done right, then choose me, and I will deliver. It may take more than 24 hrs, but I will deliver as best as possible.
