I have a 56K Voice modem that connect through USB and I want to make and receive telephone calls using my PC with a headset. No need for fancy bells and whistles just Make and receive phone calls. If it have a small but simple phonebook it will be helpful. Please note that I don’t want to use a GSM modem. Project must use C# and should work on windows 07 and upwards.
