Create a POS software using Microsoft Visual Studios -- 3

Create a Retail Point-of-Sale (POS) software (Front-end: Localhost, Back-end: Web-based). The POS software should be idiot-proof, easy to use as well as user friendly. The POS software needs to be able to integrate with equipment/component such as barcode scanners, label printers, receipt printers, keyboard. The bidder should have excellent knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Visual Studios to create the POS software, as well as Microsoft SQL, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, UI, UX and any other skills not mentioned. The future to expand the POS software includes adding on Accounting Software (which Accounting Software Project will be at a later stage). The bidder should provide project references during the bidding. ALL Source Code must be provided to me and POS software (Front-end and Back-end) must be ready for commercial use. This project is under NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), and is expected to complete within 2 weeks.
