Cpp Simulator - open to bidding

I have a cpp source file which needs some implementation. You are going to practice multithreading by simulating a basic version of Hunger Games. For those who haven’t seen/read the movie/book, in the beginning of the annual Hunger Games, selected participants are placed on a plain, evenly separated from the center hub where weapons and supplies are stored. When the start signal is fired, every participant tries to get to the center and have the supplies to eliminate other participants. The ultimate aim is to be the only survivor from this cruel event. The programming version of such an event could be implemented using different threads for each participant. Consider given struct to encapsulate participant information. Details are in the attachment.
