Hi, I’m experienced C/C++ developer working currently in Nokia. I can write tool for it but I think the best and simplest method is to use GIMP (it is open source graphic tool which can do it for you) Steps to do: 1) Install GIMP from internet 2) Open PDF file 3) From Image->Scale image 4) Set required size and then OK 5) Export as JPEG or PDF (File->export) Done BR, Konrad
